Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be unused and in the same condition that you received it
Be in its original packaging
Include proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@taoclimate.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions on how to proceed.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Gift cards
Items marked as final sale
Personalized or custom-made products

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

Your refund will be processed to your original method of payment
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, please email us at support@taoclimate.com with photos and details of the issue.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos of the item and packaging

We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

Shipping Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our side. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
